Biography
Dr. Delbar Niroushak is an MCC-ICF Professional Leadership Development Coach, Organizational Development Consultant, and Faculty Member with over 20 years of experience in teaching, training, coaching, and curriculum design. She holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology and a DBA in Digital Leadership, along with credentials including CPHR, CMC, RCC, and Prosci® Change Practitioner.
She specializes in helping educators, leaders, and organizations translate complex challenges into structured, measurable outcomes. She is the Founder of Coaching for Change Leadership and Strategy Solutions Inc. and the creator of Accountability Intelligence™, an AI-driven, data-informed framework designed to enhance decision-making, accountability, and performance.
Her work spans across North America, supporting academic institutions, corporate leaders, and public sector organizations in strengthening learning, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.

Biography
Technology is a choice, and knowing how to make the most of it is empowering. Morten Rand-Hendriksen is an immigrant to Canada who spends his time helping people make sense of AI and other cutting-edge technologies so they can build lives and communities they have reason to value. Through his work as an instructor at Lynda.com and LinkedIn, he has taught millions of people around the world about design, technology, and ethics. Through his work, he engages audiences in discussions about the future of technology, ownership and democratization of information, design philosophy, and the open web. When he's not working out of his home office in Burnaby, Morten spends his time playing LEGO with his son and dancing with his wife.
